We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of our enterprise SaaS products. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, technology and user experience to build scalable solutions that deliver measurable value to clients across industries.
You will own one or more products in our portfolio and collaborate with cross-functional teams; Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success to define product strategy, shape features and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs
- Translate customer problems, business needs and technical possibilities into clear product requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and planning to execution and go-to-market.
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Engineers, QA and stakeholders to build and ship impactful features.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on data, user feedback, competitive intelligence and business impact.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to position the product effectively and support launches.
- Monitor key product metrics, conduct competitive analysis and use insights to iterate and improve.
- Act as the voice of the customer, both internally and externally, to ensure customer-centric decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design and Sales.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product and design tools.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for solving customer problems and building scalable, impactful products.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in enterprise SaaS or complex systems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product features or automation-first workflows.
- Exposure to government or highly regulated industry clients.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
