Job Title: Fullstack MERN Developer

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fullstack MERN Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and possess the ability to independently lead the development of new projects from conception through to deployment. This role is crucial for building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai. We prefer immediate joiners based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and projects from conception to deployment.

Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.

Write unit test and ensure the code is accurate and bug-free. You will be knowledgable about test automation, CI-CD pipeline handling/git/SVN etc.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3-5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack.

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.

Proficiency in React.js (including state management libraries like Redux/Context API) for frontend development.

Solid experience with MongoDB and Mongoose (or similar ODM) for database management.

Proficient with RESTful API design, development, and integration.

Extensive experience with Git and version control systems.

Familiarity with deployment processes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Heroku).
