We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Fullstack MERN Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB/MySQL DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and be capable of independently leading new projects from conception to deployment. This role will focus on developing robust, scalable and high-performance web applications.

This is an on-site position in Mumbai, with preference for immediate joiners located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MySQL/Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Lead the design, development and implementation of new features and projects from concept through completion.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design effective technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in adherence to best coding practices.
Conduct unit testing (Jest framework knowledge is must) and ensure bug-free code, with strong knowledge of test automation, CI/CD pipeline handling, and version control systems (Git/SVN).
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
2 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
Strong practical experience in the MERN stack ecosystem
Ability to independently manage development tasks and deliver projects with ownership

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Expertise in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
Advanced knowledge of React.js (including state management libraries such as Redux or Context API) for frontend development.
Solid experience with MongoDB/MySQL DB and Mongoose (or similar ODM) for database management.
Proficiency in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
Unit testing using Jest framework.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment processes.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Heroku will be advantageous.
