We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with a Product Manager to shape and deliver features across our product lineup. You’ll engage in user research, write clear user stories, review wireframes and work cross-functionally with engineering, QA and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
Within 3–6 months, you’ll independently manage small-to-medium feature areas as you hone your skills in a fast-paced, agile environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact by solving real customer problems and contributing to our product's success at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Support the product development lifecycle, from problem discovery to post-launch measurement.
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to identify workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
- Write clear, implementation-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with designers on wireframes and flows for usability and logical consistency.
- Participate in market and competitor research to identify feature gaps and positioning opportunities.
- Define and track product analytics such as adoption, activation and feature usage metrics.
- Work daily with engineering, QA, and design teams to resolve blockers and keep sprints moving.
- Triage and prioritize bugs, feedback, and enhancement requests with the PM.
- Maintain product documentation, including specs, release notes and FAQs.
- Join client and stakeholder calls to gather requirements and validate solutions.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months:
- Independently owns the user-story pipeline for at least one feature area, with minimal rework requested by engineering/QA.
- Runs user interviews/research and translates findings into a documented, prioritized problem list.
- Ships at least 1–2 features end-to-end, from ideation to achieving measurable success metrics.
- Becomes the go-to person for a specific module in DMS+ or the Online Form Builder.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or a related role (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort in conducting user interviews and translating insights into actionable requirements.
- Exposure to writing user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq) and basic UI/UX principles.
- Proficiency in product analytics and understanding key metrics.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum processes and tools like Jira.
