Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.

 

What personal information we collect

dMACQ’s iOS Apps will not collect any personal information. dMACQ’s iOS Apps are designed to communicate with the corresponding dMACQ’s server application running on a customer's premises or on the cloud. The data on these server applications are owned by the customer. No information will be sent by the Apps to dMACQ.

 

If dMACQ’s App needs access to your device’s camera, the App will explicitly request your permission to access the camera and its image storage location; subsequently, the image will be securely transmitted to the corresponding dMACQ’s server application owned by the customer. However, no image is transferred to dMACQ or its affiliates in any form whatsoever.

 

dMACQ does not collect personal information through any other means as well including but not limited to its website, cookies, or email. Also, no personal information in any form is shared by dMACQ with any third parties.

 

How we use your personal information

dMACQ will not use your personal information in any manner whatsoever since no information will be collected by dMACQ’s iOS Apps.

 

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

dMACQ’s iOS Apps will not collect any non-personal information as well.

 

Data Retention Policies

dMACQ will not collect or retain any personal or non-personal information in its information systems. Any data collected by dMACQ’s Apps will be used solely for communication with the corresponding dMACQ’s server application owned by the customer.

 

Customer’s Rights

Any customer can revoke their permissions granted to dMACQ Apps at any time; however, the App may not function fully as required or as expected in some cases.

 

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our iOS App Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new iOS App Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
